GLYCSF Sailing School The GLYC Sailing School, run by The GLYC Sailing Foundation will be offering Sailing School for students from ages 7-17. Week 1: June 30-July3 Early registration opens on Tuesday, February 4 for students doing three or more weeks and regular registration begins on Tuesday, February 11. HistoryThe Grand Lake Yacht Club was incorporated in May of 1902 with a membership of four. Two of them - Harry Bryant, Richard Crawford Campbell - competed in the club's later that summer, dueling in rowboats outfitted with homemade sails. The members elected Bryant the club's first commodore.
